General Cooking Tips
 for Grass-fed Beef

Always select the cooking method that best suits the meat cut. Listed  below are general cooking tips for grass-fed beef.

• Never microwave meat
    - Thaw in refrigerator or under cool water

 • Grass-fed is generally leaner, so slightly less cooking
    time is needed

 • Use tongs to flip meat to avoid puncturing meat when
    grilling
-This keeps those yummy juices inside

 • Let meat rest after grilling 8-10 min. to allow juices to
    redistribute in the meat
