Ground Beef Recipes
Easy Cheesy Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 Jar Pasta Sauce
1 package lasagna noodles
1 pound grass fed ground beef
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Method:
Brown ground meat over medium heat and mix with sauce.
Meanwhile boil lasagna noodles and drain.
Mix 1 cup of mozzarella cheese with 2 cups cottage cheese
Coat bottom of 9x13 pan with sauce. Add one layer of noodles. Spoon on sauce mixture fairly thick about ½ cup. Spoon on cheese mixture. Add more layers until all ingredients are gone. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Marvelous BBQ Meatballs
These delicious Meatballs can be made with 1,2, or 3 pounds of ground meat and can be frozen to bake later!
Ingredients:
3 pounds grass fed ground beef
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
½ cup chopped onions
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1 ½ inch balls, place on cake pan or baking dish.
To Make BBQ Sauce:
2 cups catsup
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon liquid smoke
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup chopped onions
Pour sauce over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
You can freeze meatballs without sauce. Thaw and make sauce before baking.
